Ok so Virginia is subtracting the full amount of the unemployment $15,920 not just the $5720.  Has anyone figured out a way around this?

Me too.  I have 2 waiting for them to update federal (Va doesn't tax unemployment so thats a plus on my state side) and I have 9 waiting to see if they have to amend.....  

Does anyone know when ATX will actually update?  I have 2 clients waiting to file because of this.

I e-filed an amendment just the other day with no issues.

I have a call in to ATX but worse case scenario I will be putting in the dollar so it can e-file.

Yes, but had w-2 wages for 2019.  So using the 2019 PY earned income amount 

Has anyone gotten the ERROR: IRS Business Rule F1040-016-06 when doing this?  I have a client that did not have any earned income last year just social security.
