Does anyone know the status of this worksheet. You can not complete 1040 until worksheet is available. Atx does not show when this worksheet will be available.

I called ATX and requested to speak to management about Mass efiling. I tolded management that I could not live ATX schedule.

The site shows that CCH is a approved efiler for Mass and ATX is not.

ATX is saying that Mass form 1 will not be ready until Feb 14. This is unacceptable. How is other mass preparer handling this problem. Are you filing paper copies ?

Taxwise is approved to e-file mass return but ATX is not approved. ATX is estimating that at the end of January will get approval. How can this be when they are owned by same company. ATX has no excuse for not getting mass approval. Very disturbing.

I went through the same thing when an old HP died that knew whether it was receiving a fax or voice message. Then went through two Brothers in rapid succession that said they'd do the same thing but didn't work consistently and died young. Went looking for an HP or anything other than Brother.
