  1. There have been technical difficulties all day with the main support phone number. The technicians are working on it. And please don't call the sales line. They are not trained to handle your questions.

    Yes, you can e-mail me. And yes, the number is correct, it's just broken at the moment.

  2. Has anyone gotten through on phone support today? Are they even open in Maine or GA or wherever? :angry: After I finish pushing all the buttons I get the message that "this call can't be completed. Please call back at your convenience." Obviously, my convenience is not theirs! I've been trying for 2 hours. And, I can't use the email since I'm locked out and that's the reason I'm calling!

  3. Hey William, Its been a while, but there is one thing that has always been eating at me, and that was my failure to ever thank you personally.

    You hired me @ ATX in 1998, and I grew from there. You kept me employed through all the challenges I posed to you, it, and executive management. I learned alot from you, both personally and professionally.

    I know its been over a year since I left, but you will always be a part of my future.

  4. William, we are DELIGHTED to see you on here. I sincerely hope that you will grace us with your presence whenever you have the time. And I am happy to hear that you are still with the company. I must say, after the farce that their 'Training Seminar' turned out to be, my feeling about the future for the company are very mixed. It sure seems that they are letting TaxWise take over things that they are not competent to take over.

  5. Hello! This is William. Thank you for your concern, but I am still with the company. While it is true that customer service has been consolidated in one office, the number of jobs here in Caribou that were affected were overstated. The total number was 54, but that number will be reduced by several of those who have already decided to transfer to the centralized call center.

    I know the people personally who are in charge of customer service and have worked with them. I can tell you that my observation is they care very deeply for the customer experience and will be able to take care of all of your support needs.
