Newspaper carriers under the age of 18 are deemed to not be in the trade or business of newspaper sales (see IRC Sec. 1402©(2)(A) and therefore are exempt from SE tax.

I'm new here and this is my first post. I've only been using MAX since 2000, but I too have noticed the transformation of the "services" offered by the Co., and have become completely disgusted.
