income taxes

Client had direct deposit and never checked his pay stub. Employeer never took out ss and mdcr for the year. Employeer now says he will take it out of Employees withholding for 2007. Employeer won't issue W-2c. What is the proper procedure for the employeer and employee???/ Thank you in advance. SB in Wis
