re-question on Germany W-2 for student

US citizen works in Germany as part of an internship/study abroad...

No tax withheld in Germany as it is a school program. Is this income taxable to him as US and WI resident?

does not meet the number of days overseas requirement, only a semester.

U. S. Citizen, must declare "world wide income". I believe taxable if doesn't qualify for

2555. IMHO.

Anybody Agree?/Disagree? Unless special treatment under some tax treaty with Germany?
