Can a 2023 NYS amended return be e-filed and if so, does the whole return get sent or just the IT 201-X?

Haven't had to do one of these for awhile so just not sure,

The 2023 IT-201-X can be e-filed and any NY schedules that are normally included with the IT-201 would be included.
