tilt Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 It's supposed to insert your phone number if you have the federal worksheet marked to do this. Right now it doesn't. I have let ProSeries know and their response is: "Thank You for brining this issue to our attention. I will forward this information to our development team . We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing." Now granted, it takes me less than 5 seconds to type in my phone number, but multiple this by X amount of returns and it's a pain. They still haven't done anything about the CA ESs not calculating 30/30/20/20 so I don't expect a quick response. Just wanted you to be aware.
