JJStephens Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 I have a client who was told by a benefits provider that health insurance premium reimbursements under a section 105 HRA can be made only on employer sponsored health insurance plans and not on out-of-pocket premiums paid on family coverage on his spouse's employer sponsored plan.
