Please be advised that returns are rejecting in error due to a programming problem with Error Reject Code 1103. The Error Reject Code will be modified on March 30, 2010, for the 11:00 a.m. drain.

Note: The language in Publication 1346 for Error Reject Code 1103 will not be changing.
