Chowdahead Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 I was under the impression that forms claiming education credits (American Opp. Credit or Lifetime Learning Credit) or the Tuition & Fees deductions were being delayed? I have a return containing 8863 and I am not seeing an message regarding the e-file delay or anything? Was I mistaken or has the delay been lifted?
