BMB Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 Entered 3 different W-2's today and they won't go through. It keeps coming up "Form type could not be detected". Starting to wonder about Scan & Fill. Also, not all information from W-2 transfers to Schedule A for State of NJ un & di withholding. This looks like you have to manually enter this. I don't see how scan & fill can really save you any time, especially for $400. I emailed the tech department Sunday morning about another problem and as of Tuesday night still no response.
