I, too, contacted them and have not received a response.

Is anyone having trouble getting the client copy watermark to print on some of the forms? For example, my GA return cover sheet shows the watermark but my federal return cover sheet does not. None of the client worksheets are showing the watermark. Last year I had no problem with this, & I have not changed printers. I chose the print option of printing the watermark. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lois Gratton Woodstock, GA
