Like I said, we tried the ATX solution (quoted above) and it DID NOT work. Any other ideas.

We are stuck receiving old acknowledgements, back from Feb 26th and the ATX solution for this does not help. Anyone have a fix for this?

Exactly, no telling what The overtime has cost us.Same Here...everything is much better.. Finally getting some work done. I am planning a marathon to do my best to get the work out. Hate..Hate extensions. I have had a few times when a big error box comes up and it forces me to close, so I have been careful to save save save as I go. It has only happened 3 times..I am still looking at other options for next season. I have rode the wave this year because I had no choice, but ATX will have to do some real bargains and proof that this will not happen next year for me to stick around. April 4th is better late than never, but has sucked the life out of me this year with both my time and my employees. Lost productivity has cost all of us both financially and physically. -
Never thought I would say this because I have been one of ATX worst critics. If you have not updated to 12.13, do it. We are running a network wtih 12 workstations and everything is faster.

Has anyone tried it yet and care to give your opinion?

I would not stay with ATX if it was free next year. The cost of the software is nothing compared to the lost productivity we have experienced. Still waiting on that lawsuit to get started.

I would say it is too late to change now/ Bear with it and you'll get through it. Then after season you can start looking for alternatives for next year.
I am already thinking about which program to switch to. I am concerned no one will have a program that will convert this mess and we will have to re-key everything we did this tax season.

Anyone download 12.10 yet?
Waste of time, did not fix any of the problems we are having.

I can't believe someone hasn't started a class action lawsuit here. We have lost thousands of dollars in lost productivity not to mention the cost of the software itself with this piece of junk software.

Has anyone else had this problem? We are getting a lot of notices back from Ga that the 2010 tax was not paid and we know it was but Ga posted to the 2011 year. Georgia is now telling us the 2010 Georgia PC CORP payment voucher that ATX printed has the wrong bar code on it. They said Ga scans those vouchers and the bar code is telling them the payment goes to 2011.

No dilemma on my part, I would not stay with this program if they GAVE it to me.
