  1. Thanks for all the input. I am somewhat relieved that this isnt only happening to me. I called the client and had them come in and we did it all over again as a new return. they were very gracious about it. i almost want to just quit now and call this year done. this has been the most stressfull year of all the 16 years iI have done taxes. thank God for this forum.
  2. Thanks for the suggestion but im not on a network. Now i cant open the program at all either. Jeesh! Ill keep trying and hope something gives and it starts working.
  3. I have a rejected return that I cant open. the program closes done every time I try to open this return. I sure would appreciate a solution for this. this return has alot of time put into it and I would hate to have to call the client and ask them to come back and start over. I am so unhappy that there are still issures with this software so late in the season. thank you for any help. Sue
  4. I cant seem to remember how to create a PDF file so i can email a return to a client. does anyone know how to do this? thank you.
  5. I have a return that was rejected this afternoon and i cant open it or read the reject errors without the program closing down. I have not had this with any other returns. has anyone had a similiar experience? Any ideas would be appreciated. sue
  6. I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED A HAND FULL OF IL ACKS AND ALL THE REST ARE TRANSMITTED TO AGENCY. I HAVE SYNCHRONIZED MY EFILE AND NO CHANGE. OTHER PREPARERS IN THIS BUILDING ARENT HAVEING THIS ISSUE, THEY USE INTUITE SOFTWARE. ANY INDEAS WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG? I APPRECIATE ANY INPUT. SUE
