I figured it out!!!! You have to submit the Federal return first, then create the state (MA) and then submit that.

Hello anyone. I am trying to efile my first return and i am getting this message. I can't override it. I have checked everything many times and I cant find any mistakes. Customer service hold times are over an hour all the time. what is going on? This is unbelievable. Help please.
