I'm preparing a partnership return that has a partner living in Portugal.  Would anyone be able to help me with Forms 8804, 8804-C and 8805?

Husband and wife have a dozen rental properties and each property is a separate LLC with husband and wife as members.  Is there any authority for reporting these rentals on Schedule E and not filing a 1065 for each rental?  Schedule E has been used in the past.  They are new clients.

Somewhere, and I thought it was here, I saw a good discussion about duties for a front desk person.  If it was here, I can't find it.  If anybody has any thoughts to share, I would appreciate it.

You can obtain the 147C letter for your EIN by calling the IRS at 800 829-4933.  It can be faxed to you.

Thanks Terry D.  On Form 1065, page 4, line 18c, the detail can be entered for a number of items.  I guess it was too much to expect that it would somehow carry over to the K-1 automatically.

Does anyone know of a convenient way to provide a detail for this line?  In my case it's a large amount and there are several items included.
