  1. Terry, thanks so much for the response. Is there anyone specifically I need to contact at OLT to get support for the OneDesk software?

    I am so disappointed with Dan. In years past he has provided excellent support, quick responses to my questions, and a genuine desire to help. Any idea what is going on at OneDesk? Or with Dan? Did you get the name of his Supervisor or a phone number other than Dan's?  

  2. Thank you so much for your reply but the TP wasn't covered all year and there is a penalty due. So if I select the covered all year option, then this is incorrect. However, everytime I input the information on the 1095-C as it is on the 1095-C from the TP, then Save it. When I open the input screen again, all of the information is blank.
