I am trying to open returns and I keep getting this error message: Missing form/incorrect version Common Sections Version required 197/ update version 197. I'm also having the issue with KY Sch M. I click to update update now but nothing happens and cannot open any return. Has anyone encountered this? I tried the support drop down, and re-download forms but that doesn't help.
