Can you please re-install the 2014 program for me

I have sent message after message and no one seems to be any help.

Is someone going to help me or not. I pay through the nose for these programs and it is very stressful to try to get into these programs and nobody seems to care.

I don't like jumping from one computer to the other I need the 2014 tax program installed on a computer. Get error message that says " One or more servers did not start properly" And then says Retry. does no good at all. I need this year up until now for a client because of IRS.
