I have been trying to contact Accounts Receivable for over three weeks. I have left chat messages, live messages, as well as phone calls. Left a message and no call back. I have a zero balance on my account, but when I try to transmit e-files, it says there is a problem with my account and I am unable to send them.
What can I do? Do I have to purchase another company's product to complete this tax season??!?
Please offer any help.
