  1. I posted on the FaceBook but thought I'd see if anyone here can help. I have an 1120S complete and ready to go, but I'm getting an error message that a Federal 1041 must be included in the return. I've tried copying the return, changing the primary form.
  2. Not a new computer. Still having problem. Have to open return in 2022 before attempting to rollover the return. This works most of the time. UGH!
  3. Yes, that's it! It's different than prior years. thank you!
  4. Why can't I find an Ohio IT 1040ES in the 2023 ATX software?
  5. Checked all things that were recommended. Have to open each return in 2022 before I can rollover to 2023. UGH!
  6. Is anyone else having a problem rolling over returns from 2022? I get error message: "file could not be rolled due to communication error."

  8. Am I able to efile prior year 990-PFs through ATX? If not, any recommendations on how to efile these?

    Form 1023

I am trying to roll over a return (990EZ), but rollover was rejected noting that the "calling thread must be STA, becuase many UI components require this." Can you advise?
  10. Is there a way to efile a 7004 for a trust return that has an end date of Aug 2023? It should be filed on 2023 tax software. Mailing is possible, but I'm afraid it'll get lost, . . . Any ideas?
  11. Sorry all! that was 2 seperate questions that came through as one. Resolved both. thank you!

    Ohio efile

Is there something going on with Ohio efile? I transmitted several a week ago that are still in "Transmitted to Agency" status. Could it be on our end?
  13. I have a client for whom we need to file an FBAR for 2022. However, I don't know whose name the FBAR should be filed for. The taxpayer died in October 2022. All foreign accounts were solely in his name, but all were transferred to his surviving spouse
