I agree, the Nov 18 date from the IRS seems about a week earlier than usual for shutdown. I called ATX on Friday and they didn't have a date for ATX shutdown yet. It seems like they should know how many extra days they need! They claimed the date gets emailed out, but I've never discovered the date without tracking it down myself...
