I share your frustration. Got locked out of my account on the afternoon of the 31st and haven't been able to reach tech support by phone. They went home early that day and today was a total waste of time. I tried for 3 hours and finally hung up.

I'm now on hold, but that is progress!

Has anyone gotten through on phone support today? Are they even open in Maine or GA or wherever? After I finish pushing all the buttons I get the message that "this call can't be completed. Please call back at your convenience." Obviously, my convenience is not theirs! I've been trying for 2 hours. And, I can't use the email since I'm locked out and that's the reason I'm calling!
