  2. I had a client yesterday that did a paper return. I had her sign her state but I realized just after she left that I did not have her sign her Federal. By the time I finally got in touch with her that night she had already mailed the Federal unsigned. All of my preperarer info is on there though (printed that way). What should I do? Thanks!!!!
  3. I had a client with this last year, and found I was supposed to use Shed. D. I did alot of research on this and found that people often overpay taxes on this because they don't take advantage of the adjusted basis on the original land purchase. There is much good information online such as Ohio State University, etc.... Your local Agricultural Extension is a good place for info too! Good Luck!

    This is EXACTLY the problem I've been trying to get resolved for 5 days!! When I FINALLY got someone I was told the same thing about the Credit Card and was assured that I'd be able to transmit within the hour. 10 hours later I still couldn't transmit and at 8:30 this morning was told it was a top priority software glitch and they would work on it and call me when it was fixed, no call, but I was just able to transmit about 30 minutes ago. Good luck and update constantly is all I can say!
  5. I've had a problem of not being able to transmit my E-Files for 5 days. SEVERAL tech support e-mails went unanswered, 3 faxes to tech support were unanswered as well as desperate emails to customer service. When I tried to use the phone, I would be on hold (bad music) for 30 minutes or so then be disconnected. I FINALLY got a customer service person yesterday who assured me the problem was no credit card on file, and assured me I would be able to transmit within the hour. 10 Hours later, I STILL couldn't transmit. So another call to tech support and was told it was a top priority software problem for this morning. Why just this morning???? I've been PLEADING for help for 5 days!! After a few hours of that I can FINALLY transmit. God PLEASE don't let me have anymore problems this tax season. This is my 2nd long drawn out one, the last one had me in tears. I've probably spent 50+ hours dealing with this stupidity. Anyone else out there feel my pain?
