This is a great site. I'm glad I discovered it. After reading about the layoffs I now realize why I've been on hold for so long with ATX. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I was able to speak to someone. I had called Kleinrock because I have the Total Tax Office program, but the Kleinrock staff told me I had to call ATX! I didn't know they were separating both companies and requiring us to call ATX only. I thought both Kleinrock and ATX were the same company since I get both the research material and MAX. Everything is just so screwed up. I wish someone would give us better informaiton about who to call for problems.
