At first I was leery of the new program, but from my observation Doug and his staff are working hard to get the problems resolved. I hope it works out for you this season, but it has totally disappointed many of us. Also the good reviews from some of the users who were previously very critical is somewhat suspect in my opinion. I don't know what is going on behind the scene but it appears to be very strange to say the least because Doug himself has admitted they did a very poor job this year.
