My practice is somewhat small and I do not have the pressure of getting any returns out yet. At first I was leery of the new program, but from my observation Doug and his staff are working hard to get the problems resolved. From my perspective I just want to say "Thanks" for all your efforts. I am looking forward to the tax season.

J.Ron I am glad you like the software and as the saying goes beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I hope it works out for you this season, but it has totally disappointed many of us. Also the good reviews from some of the users who were previously very critical is somewhat suspect in my opinion. I don't know what is going on behind the scene but it appears to be very strange to say the least because Doug himself has admitted they did a very poor job this year.
