Arche306 Posted February 23, 2013 Report Share Posted February 23, 2013 Only waited 37 minutes at customer service, your dime phone #, re: a printing problem- only prints line forms, no alpha-numerica, on an XP. As usual no solution but a very knowledgable person who really tried. Stated that Win 8 is not advised for this year. Advised me to call some Tech Service which CCH partnered with. They wanted me to sign up for $ 30./month on a CC with a first 30 day gurantee. Figured just another waste of time, so am printing returns as PDF for which Adobe/Nitro prints out fine.
