SCL Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 it just started today for me...the program won't open at all. this message seems to be different than other error messages people are talking about. "the program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close" I noticed on the start menu...all programs list...that I now have 2 separate main cch folders containing the 2013 program. the tree breakout on both folders show slight differences. SCL Posted February 25, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 thank you for your response.despite our political differences, I "heart" you and always have. you are a wise tax law/program guru.today, after the weekend, I did just that and called tech support.after 3 hours of 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting (and a waste of time), andre gave up, deleted my program, and reinstalled.I seem to be back on track.
