ATX auto-adds the form -- then I discard the form

For many of the Minnesota returns, ATX will add these forms automatically:

MN Sch M1ED

MN Sch M1CD

MN Sch M1NC

The problem is that M1ED and M1CD have income limits (<$37,500, and <$38,750). The error check identifies this limit and recommends discard. Why does ATX add them in the first place when income is already over the limit at time of auto-add? I end up discarding them manually. (which usually crashes the software upon the 2nd discard function)

MN Sch M1NC isn't used in all cases -- like 6251 - so wouldn't the option of adding it be our choice?

Anyone else frustrated with this? Found a work-around? It's a waste of time when they shouldn't be added in the first place.
