Claiming Refund

Client died in 2013 and has a refund on his individual tax return. Trust was establised after death and the trustees of the trust dept at the bank are handling the filing of the individual 1040. On Form 1310, a "person" must be claiming the refund. When Part 1, A&B do not qualify, then Part II comes into play. There has been no court appointed personal rep. The trustee could sign the form, but would have to do it as a "person". Is there another form available whereby the trustee can sign for the refund using the Bank trust ID number?
