Naveen Mohan from New York
Can a single member PLLC (disregarded entity Schedule C) opt for S corporation tax filing status by filing 2553? I think a LLC can do that but I am not sure about PLLC? Also if this is allowable then will PLLC just file 1120S or does it have to do anything else because of it being a PLLC. Thanks for your help.
