barosser Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 TP has interest paid to local bank for equipment, when I put this in Other Interest and try to e-file I get this error IRS e-file exclusion: Names and Address of person who received 1098 must be entered. If Other interest amount is not associated with Form 1098, paper file this return. Is this correct I have never seen this error for Interest expense?
