I would think that once you were in the general information screen the program wouldn't let you open the W-2 without asking you if you wanted to save or leave the page without saving. This is a long time TP not a new one, so even if I didn't save, she should still be there.. Right? Maybe I got a bad disk this year or something went wrong with the installation. I just had a client email me because he got a check in the mail and not direct deposit.
