Glad to hear it, but not too surprising since tech support calls pretty much slowed down by now back when I still worked there. Most bugs have been worked through, most people have found workarounds and even the late installers have finally installed their programs. Another good thing, the guys/gals on the lines have had a chance to learn the basic questions that will be asked and the proper questions they need to ask the customers to find out what they really need.
