I am at my wits end with ATX, Getting close to the end of February and still cannot efile my state returns!! My clients are walking right to H&R & Liberty while I sit here scratching my **alls. This happened to me 2 or 3 years ago as well, back then I wasn't able to file Hawaii til mid- March Maybe time to move to Intuit.
