ETax847 Posted January 13, 2018 Report Share Posted January 13, 2018 I have a new client and I am trying to enter his 2016 info into my 2016 software so I can roll the data over. On page of form 8582, worksheet 1, column c, how do i enter in prior year's losses? It won't let me modify the field and the wkst1 tab won't let my type into it. Please help! Hahn1040 Posted January 13, 2018 Report Share Posted January 13, 2018 are you using ATX? on the Schedule E look for the "loss limitation worksheet" tab. that gives you the field to enter the prior year carryover. if there are more than one property you must select property at the top of the page to enter for each property Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
