The only ID type choices are Driver's License and State ID, and while numerous territories as listed as issuing states, the good ole USA is not. Do i seriously have to insist on a DL? After checking No driver's license/state ID exists, under Proof of Identity Verification you could choose the middle option, in my opinion, because it says those options require a government ID to obtain and maybe actually obtain a utility bill. I just check No to ID for my Aussie folks and somehow the returns have always managed to make it. It does say that the info is 'requested' and 'could help process returns faster.'
