I mailed in the POA (FED with CA listed) and the request almost 3 weeks ago, and have not heard a thing. Wouldn't I have heard from them by now if there was something they didn't like about the POA or request? How much longer should I wait to retry? Thanks. Generally, I give them a week, call them, and end up faxing directly to the person you are speaking with. I would not wait for them to contact you. Call them and get what you want.
