Terry O Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Has anyone attempted to "guestimate" 2007 tax liability using the 2006 planner - - - Orrrrrrrrrrrr attempted to use "guestimate" figures in the 2007 program for exstimating the 4th qtr estimate payment. When I was working on a MFJ client figures, there was a $5000 difference between the 2006 planner & the 2007 programs total tax liabilities, for an income of 200,000 with about 16, 000 in itemized deductions. the income was actually LOWER this year, but the additional tax liability was almost $5,000.
