taxtrio Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 IRS Reject Code 0204. EIC, no children, low income, 64 years old in 2010. ATX computing correctly. IRS Computer thinks client doesn't qualify.. thinks client is 65 years old. IRS E Help desk says they are aware of it and working on it. Computer must be comparing 1946 - 2011 and gets 65 years old.... Wrong!! No word on when it will be corrected. Help desk says it may not be a high priority as it doesn't effect many people.
