Kimberly K Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 Santa Barbara Bank is not Direct Depositing Refunds but sending checks by mail.I am hoping that this is just an isolated problem to just Turbo Tax Taxpayers and not any of my clients. I guess I will call support in the morning, just to be on the safe side.
