JRS Posted February 28, 2011 Report Share Posted February 28, 2011 I don't know if this is just a glitch in my software or overall in ATX. Losses on the 1065 K-1 for PTP's are not going anywhere. Gains seem to flow correctly. ATX is working on it for me and are supposed to get back to me today. Customer service was fine. The person who took my call, realized he was over his head immediately and had an upper level tech work on it. No immediate correction or fix, but I felt OK about the responses. DavidLewisEA Posted March 1, 2011 Report Share Posted March 1, 2011 I just spoke with ATX about this issue. This is what they told me. Losses including prior year losses were not flowing when you checked PTP on the 1065 K1 Input form. All is fixed now. Rollover of prior year losses will work and you will be able to see the PTP carryover section on the Input sheet. It should be on the web soon.
