FTS13 Posted February 4, 2012 Report Share Posted February 4, 2012 I have a client whose daughter was born stillborn. Can he claim that dependent for that year? ATX is letting me do it, but in the "error check" says that we need to send a copy of the birth certificate to the IRS. Can i still efile this return and send the certificate by mail?
