My 1099 submissions to ATX have been EFC validated, but there they sit. My first one was 1/4/08. I have emailed Tech Support, but no answer. Any Ideas???

Has anyone else had problems with the ATX Document Manager? Many of the features say they will be turned on with the December update, but when I called support they told me that the Nov. 8 mailing was the update. I am still having trouble putting files into the manager. I click print, PDF, ATX, Doc Man, and Review and Save. Nothing????????????? Any help would be appreciated. SteveB

Carolyn, I just renewed with ATX after checking about 6 other programs including those you mentioned. I have a lot more returns to do than you do, however for the buck, ATX was the best out there. I think they will be around for awhile longer, and with their zillion forms, I can do any state and any return. I didn't like what happened last year either, but dollar for dollar, they still get my vote. Steve
