Why is there no input form for Rents Received on the Sch E? I have to override the field to enter the rent. Any thoughts?

I can't efile returns with Sch E on version 12.7, do I need to download one of these new updates? And why doesn't the software update this with the rest of the forms?

When I go to add the client letter in the payroll software, im told to insert a cd. However, i only rec'd the main atx cdand that does not do the trick. Any suggestions?

Today, opening returns and printing are so slow. Everyday it is something different with this software.

What do you know, the software won't open today. It keeps crashing through the update process.

Does anyone know what this feature is and when it will be available? Tax season is well under way, and if this is a value adding tool, I would like to share it with my clients.

in the 2011 software, you were able to access billing rates for each individual return, meaning it showed you the forms that pertained to a particular return and the associated rates. How can this be done in the 2012 software?

My update keeps erroring out as well

I have found that the cover sheet appears for only new returns and not for rolled over ones. Also is there a cover sheet for State returns?
-
Did the Cover Sheet that goes with the letter get removed? It used to appear automatically and no longer does.

Is anyone else having problems getting their combined fed and state client letter to display properly. When I combine the two, the format is Federal, Closing, State, instead of having the closing at the end. This is extremely frustrating as it is preventing me from printing and finalizing returns

ATX had a good thing going and they ruined it. This will definitely be my last year using their software unless things change back.
Sch E - Rents received

When filling in the 5th tab on the right, it populates "other income" on the Sch E, not "rents received". Also does anyone know when we can file returns with depreciation?
