up to now, TRX is still not working with any State and business tax return. No refund or no any word from Them. This Doug is really greed. Keep our hard working money.

Terry, do you have working software for your business tax returns yet?

Terry D. Are you sure you are an independent tax preparer, not related to this TRX? Let's see tomorrow. Your individual and business clients must be very kind to you. Up to now, the business tax returns still not working. All state of personal and business are not working either. Even though the 1040 still has so many bugs. You won't be so sure patient tomorrow.

Hi, Crank, don't expect TRX will get working business tax software on 1/30. They don't have enough tech resource to do that thing. and their software is not ready for professional used yet.

Terry, I think you are only one get answer from Doug. I sent him email regarding the software bugs with my CID # 10 days ago, no any piece response from him yet. If Doug is chicken now, he is afraid to reply here now because he knows they are so many problems with his software. Thinking about why so many clients chastised him. If he can provide working software without so many bugs, and the preparers do not spend so much time to review whether the calcualtion wrong or right with this TaxExact, all these chastised voice will be got. Terry, I suggest you to reveiw the tax and credit calcutation when you prepare your clients tax returns.

TRX just headache now. waste so much time. Why Doug put this non-ready software into the market? They should put back the old tax work (redgear). Keep TaxExact as open Beta until it beccomes stable. Otherwise, they will lose many old clients. Until today, I have not see any move they try to solve the problem and satisfy the old clients. I think that they do not care about these old clients now. Because as long as our old clients keep quiet in the web, those new blind clients who will be catched their hook. I think this will be their marketing strategy.

Today is 1/28/2013, two days from 1/30/2013. The latest update of TRX still does not solve bugs. The business 1120 & 1120S & 1065 are completed no working from converted last year. Email them the state problem. No reply so far. What is wrong with this Doug guy?

Dispute with Credit card company because TRX sent non-working tax software.

Hi, Terry D, you must be lucky and only one here answered by Doug. Doug never answered my email. I put my CID # in the email. You should ask all these people here, Whether Doug responded their emails yet?

Yes, you are right. you should spread this information around the web. Let more and more people know this beta software.

Don't expect TRX will give you refund. I sent emails to them, no reply so far. also, sent them the software bugs. no reply so far. TRX answers this forum because they don't want people spread their bad reputation, and ask you to email personally and keep you quite here. Don't expect them to answer your email.
