  1. B Jani, eFiling was working fine until last week, his EFIN was listed on ATX's website for years. One hour after adding a credit card number made eFiling work again.
  2. We had problem that started yesterday when trying to e-file from two separate (non-networked) computers: "Customer info verified successfully, but there is an issue with your account. Please update your account information from MyATX Support Center (https://support.atxinc.com/accounts/accountmanager.aspx) User canceled the Transmission." Based on information on the official ATX forum, I found that you MUST have a credit card on file with ATX that can be found on that URL above.
  3. I just called Drake tech support and a man answered within 5 seconds and answered my questions about whether out current network environment would work. And if I called ATX Tech Support right now....?
  4. Thanks grmy2h -- installing the network version will be impossible then since I can't get it to install in the first place with the Network option.
  5. I'm a new user forced here by major installation problems this year... I'm a computer tech working with an accountant. In the MyATX download center, is the 177MB AtxSetup.exe the 12.5 installation file? I wish they would add the version in the file name. I see a smaller ATX 12.5 update download, but I can't get the network install to work in the first place.
