  1. Can anyone tell me how to get help from ATX to fix the problems. We have been on hold with Technical Support for about 8-9 hours a day since last week. When we do get ahold of someone they say they are going to put me through to Technical support and there we go, we are on hold again for hours. The funny thing is, I was calling technical support.
  2. They are blowing smoke. I have a brand new server and all of my computers were upgraded at the end of 2012. This is the worst software I have ever used. I have lost about 25 - 33% of my billable hours because of this software. Not to mention, the billable hours of my staff. Where is Lacerte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
